Ms. Becker, president of Capital City Purchasing Services Inc., is a Certified Purchasing Professional (C.P.P.) and Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.). She has over 20 years of experience in the purchasing field and has been responsible for the acquisition of various goods and services.  She graduated in May 2006 with her Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Victoria.
